Shipping policy

No overseas shipping unless previous approval! Your order is packed and shipped from our warehouse in Charleston, Illinois, usually within 2-7 business days, unless waiting for reprints to come back from our screen printers. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
Lemon Lorraine's uses USPS and UPS for shipping which typically takes 2-5 days or sometimes longer if there are delays at the above sorting facilities. Lemon Lorraine's is not responsible for shipping delays and do not guarantee shipping times, which often times fluctuate during holidays.

LOST PACKAGES:
We ship packages with delivery confirmation and tracking. Once a package is marked "delivered," Lemon Lorraine's is not responsible for missing packages due to theft or postal error. If you have not received a package marked "delivered," please check with your local post office or UPS facility.

RUSHES:
This means your order will move to the front of our existing work queue. We do our best to start orders quickly, but totally understand if you have a special day in mind to receive your package (e.g. baby showers, birthdays, etc.). This is only acceptable if you have made us aware of your NEED BY date at the time you order.
